If paying by check, please remit payment within seven (7) days to Kelham Polish Pottery, PO Box 644, Glastonbury, CT 06033 If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within (7) seven business days to arrange for a credit, refund or exchange. All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Items returned must be insured. All items are packaged safely to ensure that products arrive without damage. If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange. Except for pieces received damaged, all returns must be in new, unused condition. The first quality sticker must be intact for your return to be processed, please do not remove it. Please make special note that these are hand painted pieces of art. Slight variations in pattern and color are characteristic of the pottery. Additionally, all sizes are approximate.
