In the event you need to return a piece of Polish stoneware, please contact us at info@kelhampolishpottery.com within 7 days.

All pieces must be in new, unused condition with the original GAT 1 first quality sticker intact.

If a piece is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with UPS and issue a prompt refund to your original form of payment. Unless specified otherwise, all orders will be shipped UPS insured ground service. Shipping charges are price based as follows:
